Abstract

Amentum is a leading contractor to the U.S. federal government, and governments of select allied countries. They support multiple critical programs of national significance across defense, security intelligence, energy, and environment.

Intel selected Amentum to provide both hard and soft facility management services in Latin America (Costa Rica, Brazil, and Colombia). After awarding the contract, Intel requested that Amentum hire and onboard numerous local nationals (mostly situated in Costa Rica) within 90 days.

Lacking the infrastructure in these countries required to meet Intel’s aggressive timelines, Amentum looked to Global Expansion’s comprehensive Employer of Record services for a solution.

Global Expansion was able to successfully hire and onboard approximately 100 local nationals in less than 7 weeks, enabling Amentum to provide an uninterrupted service for Intel.
