One of the most important elements of EOR service delivery is paying professionals their salaries, bonuses and commissions (if applicable), and reimbursing expenses. This is an exact parallel to the various payments you make to the employees of your business.

Just as you wouldn’t miss a salary payment, Global Expansion ensures that your professionals receive their salaries, and this is dependent on your timely payment of invoices. A payment calendar is published each year and meeting the cut-off dates and payment terms of each invoice is crucial to this process.

The roles and responsibilities of your finance and/or accounts payable team in the invoice to payroll cycle will be clearly established during Client Onboarding.
